BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com)(Source: Palm Beach County School District) — The School District of Palm Beach County will change start and dismissal times at four district-operated middle schools, effective Monday, Oct. 26.

The following schools will be affected by the change, which are part of a revised transportation schedule for the District. The schools and their adjusted times as of Oct. 26 are:
  • Boca Raton Middle School: 9:30 a.m. to 4:05 p.m.
  • Don Estridge High Tech Middle School: 9:30 a.m. to 4:05 p.m.
  • Omni Middle School: 9:30 a.m. to 4:05 p.m.
  • Watson B. Duncan Middle School: 9:25 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The changes will allow these schools to optimize instructional time for students. The revised schedule will not affect morning school bus stop times or locations for students who ride buses, though afternoon schedules may be adjusted at a later date if necessary.
Parents who have questions about the schedule changes should contact their child’s school.
