Nancy Sylvester Faces Serious Charges In Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — Nancy Sylvester, 55, is now out of jail following her arrest late Saturday for DUI, “DUI Damage Property,” and “leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property.”

The charges were filed by Boca Raton Police. Officers took Sylvester into custody and booked her into jail at 8:16pm. She spent several hours in lockup before being released on her own recognizance at 2:50 Sunday morning.

Sylvester lists the 2000 block of Alta Meadows Lane in Delray Beach as her home address. Her most serious offense, according to Palm Beach County records, is failing to pay a toll several years ago.
