Lindsay Lohan's Step Mom, Kate Major Lohan, Arrested In Boca Raton

Police: Intoxicated Kate scratched male victim with fingernails after fight over her alleged affair with guy at "her new gym."

BOCA RATON, FL ( — Ahh, the drama.

Kate Major Lohan, who is Lindsay Lohan”s step mother and the current wife of Lindsay Lohan”s dad, Michael,  is in the Palm Beach County Jail early Friday morning following her arrest by Boca Raton Police for “Battery.”

According to a Boca Raton Police Report, Lohan scratched the “male victim” with her fingernails after he accused her of having an affair “with a guy at the new gym.” There are also allegations that Kate has a problem with alcohol.

The arrest comes just months after Kate gave birth to her second son with Michael. The baby was born on New Year”s Eve. The two have been married for six months.

Kate Major is 32. Michael Lohan is 54. They all live right online casino here in the Boca on Morningside Terrace.

And while we”re talking about Michael, reports that an area judge went off on him earlier this week, demanding he pay child support to ex-wife Dina. The judge has, according to TMZ, suspended his license and revoked his passport until be pays up.

Sure, this is happening in our back yard and you”d think we”d cover it, but really, there are only so many hours in a day.
