BICYCLIST KILLED NEAR "THE BRIDGES" IN WEST BOCA/DELRAY

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — A bicyclist was killed this morning roughly a mile north of the intersection of Lyons Road and Clint Moore in an area increasingly being referred to as “Boca/Delray.” The accident location is in the area of the new “Bridges” development under contruction between Clint Moore and Atlantic Avenue.

PBSO is working a fatal crash, Vehicle vs Bicyclist. This crash was called in a little after 9:00am this morning. The crash occurred on Lyons Rd. approximately one mile North of Clint Moore Rd. North and Southbound Lyons Road is shut down in the area. Both the vehicle and the bicyclist were traveling North on Lyons Road. Vehicle Homicide is responding to the scene.
