BOCA MALL INSECURITY: Vandalism Not Caught On Camera

BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — If it weren't for the fact that we're completely on target, we would say that it's unfair of us to constantly be highlighting the apparent lack of security at Town Center Mall. Kidnapping, murder and car break-ins notwithstanding, a report by Pinon Grill is eye opening.

Pinon Grill (which incidentally is quite good) is just yards from Blue Martini — where arrests and citations are not exactly uncommon.

In the latest installment of Boca Mall Insecurity, direct from Boca Raton Police:

“General manager (of Pinon Grill) advised that between December 6, 2013 at 11pm and December 7th at 9am, unkown suspect(s) damaged a bench outside Pinon Grill. One screw that bolts the bench to the ground was removed and the backrest appears to have been kicked in. The bench is valued at $600 and the manager stated it is unable to be repaired and must be replaced.”

Added Boca Raton Police:

“Town Center Mall security does not have any cameras that face the direction of the incident.”
